1. DEFINE THE PROBLEM
Every project kicks off with figuring out exactly what needs solving. I dive deep into understanding the goals and challenges—sometimes uncovering issues no one had thought of yet. This sets the stage for everything that comes next.
2. RESEARCH
Now it’s time to get into full-on research mode. I look at the client’s industry, check out competitors, and explore design trends that could inspire fresh ideas. This phase is all about getting the lay of the land so I can create something that doesn’t just look good but works good too.
3. BRAINSTORM AND CONCEPTUALIZE
Rough sketches, mind maps, and maybe a few mood boards—no idea is too crazy at this stage. It’s all about exploring different concepts and figuring out which direction feels the most exciting and effective for the project.
4. DEVELOP THE DESIGN
With a solid concept in hand, I start refining and shaping. I work with layouts, colors, typography, and imagery to turn those raw ideas into something that’s polished and visually cohesive. This is where everything starts coming together, and the design really begins to shine.
5. FEEDBACK AND REFINEMENT
Design is a team effort, so I always loop in feedback to make the work even stronger. I’ll gather input and make adjustments to fine-tune the design. This back-and-forth process helps ensure that the final result hits the mark for both me and the client.
6. FINALIZE AND DELIVER
Once everything is approved, I make sure the design is prepped and ready for whatever format it needs—whether it’s for print, web, or something else. It’s all about getting the details perfect so the design can make a lasting impact from the moment it’s released.
