I partnered with Kindred Living from concept to ship as narrative design and UX lead, owning the IA, page frameworks, CMS patterns, and visual system for a site about supportive homes for adults with developmental disabilities. I started on paper, sketching the sitemap flow from Home through The Need to Donate, a mobile navigation wireframe, and an icon concept for statistics. Those sketches became clickable prototypes, production‑ready assets for development, and full‑page designs for the homepage, about, team, and urgent housing challenge sections. The pages pair warm, candid photography with navy and cream sections, large statistic callouts, and an icon‑based data visualization. I used accessibility checks, diagrams, and photo treatments to clarify the care model so families could navigate with confidence. The site became a staple in investor and grant meetings and increased trust and clarity. It also let the founder update content independently without design support.
